Having trouble with your payment processing?
We recently switched payment providers to provide a more secure payment service and the best protection for our customers. The Stored credit card data for your user account was removed at that time, as a result of the switchover. If you have a ‘saved’ credit card that has not been recently used, or if a ‘saved’ credit card in your account does not work, you will need to delete the credit card you currently have on file, and reenter the credit card as a new card.
** If you have received a notice from us regarding the failure of your domains to auto-renew, make sure to follow the procedure below, and if your domains will expire in less than 30 days, make sure to manually renew them. **
To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Delete the credit card you have saved in your account.
- Log into your Domain Manager control panel.
- Click on the "Credit Card Info" link on the left menu.
- Under the "Select the card you would like to edit:" click the orange nickname link of the saved credit card.
- Click the "Delete" button at the bottom to remove this card.
2. After you have deleted the credit card in the steps above, click on "New Card" and enter all of the credit card information
for the new card on the online form the credit card.
3. Make sure to save the new credit card as your default credit card to be used for auto renewals and future purchases.
